A custom-built Bianchi Oltre RC — one of the fastest bikes on today’s road TT scene.

The build brief for this bike was to create a new race machine that could also compete in road bike TT-only events. As a lifelong fan of Campagnolo, the customer chose the Campagnolo Super Record EPS Wireless S groupset. This allowed him to run 53/39 chainrings, with the added benefit of positioning the front derailleur higher for optimal performance.

The wheelset selected was the Campagnolo Bora Ultra 45 C23, paired with Continental Grand Prix TT 28mm tyres to maximise speed and efficiency.

We believe Bianchi helped pioneer the radical aero frame designs now seen across many brands. While the geometry won’t suit every rider, those who can get properly tucked and low over the front end will find the Bianchi Oltre Pro and Bianchi Oltre RC to be incredibly fast options—while still offering a surprising level of comfort.

What’s the difference?
The Oltre Pro incorporates Countervail technology to further reduce road vibrations, enhancing comfort over longer distances. The Oltre RC, on the other hand, is the most stripped-back option—built from Bianchi’s highest-grade carbon to achieve the lowest possible weight. It omits Countervail, as this would add weight back into the frame, making the RC the purest race-focused choice.
